CONGRATULATIONS!
Every record-breaking sequoia tree begins with a seed getting planted in the ground. Congratulations on getting 'planted' in Jesus today.

Making a decision to believe and follow Jesus is the start of an amazing journey. It is actually very similar to the growth process of any seed. You are like the seed, and your decision to follow Jesus is like getting planted in the ground. It isn't the final destiny of the seed but it is a VERY important part. At Glad Tidings, we want to help you 'get planted', but we also want to help you grow - which is God's plan for you. We are here to help you in your growth process.

START GROWING
There are three things we encourage you bto do to help you grow.

1. List to the message "You Are a Branch". This is a really easy way to learn more about Jesus and find out what has happened to you.

2. Read the book "Now What?" - this book has short chapters for to read every day for a week. It is short and easy to read. This book is important because it will help explain what it means to be saved and what that means for your life.

3. Find a NEW LIFE GROUP to join. NEW LIFE GROUPS are small groups of people just like you who are starting to GROW in Jesus. We have several groups that meet at different times during the week. Currently, we have two groups that meet - one on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. and one on Sundays at 9:00 a.m. To find out more information about these groups, visit the In-Depth page or contact us at 402-391-6515.

Getting planted and beginning to grow in Jesus are the most important things that could ever happen to you. We are so happy to kow you are now planted in Jesus. We are also excited to watch you grow in Jesus. Please contact us to let us know of your decision to follow Christ or to request the book "Now What?".
