FAQs - Drinking

Question:
I am in the military, and I am stationed in a remote area. There isn't much to do here on our off time. I am a Christian, but I was just wondering if it would be wrong to go out drinking with my buddies once in a while?

I am a newlywed, and I don't have any Christian family members I can ask for advice. My new husband just got a terrific promotion, and his boss is having a dinner party to celebrate. I am sure that alcohol will be served at the party. What should we do? Is it wrong to have a drink with dinner?
